Strength Coaching

All of us are athletes. All of us are capable of improving mobility, strength, and endurance. Optimal strengthening programs continue to build upon a client’s mobility base and should include deadlifting, squatting, vertical and horizontal pushing and pulling, and spinal stabilization activities. Graduation from a course of physical therapy presents the perfect opportunity for a client to build upon and improve these movement skills.

Should a client wish to continue their journey of building strength and endurance with us at Body by Briggs, special programming is available to meet their individual needs. This program construction is based upon results gleaned from the Functional Movement Screen and prescribed exercises are tailored to each person’s abilities.

In addition, strength and conditioning program design is available for competitive athletes of all ages, irrespective of whether or not they have recently completed treatment for an injury. Programs are available to be completed individually or for use in a small group or among teammates.
